Hot tips for choosing your heels:
- We recommend 7 or 8 inch heels (we love the Adore and Flamingo style platform).
- If you’re thinking of boots, we recommend toeless boots for floorwork (a covered toe can act like a break and make it really hard to do drags).
- Choose styles that have sticky tops on them (think patent or plastic). Fabric can make it harder to climb!
- Sandals with patent stretch LOTS and become quite unstable over time. Plastic or jelly tops are best.

- Plastic top sandals should feel VERY tight to begin with but this can be uncomfortable. Chuck some socks on and take to them with a hair dryer to help mold them to your foot).
